This information gathering procedure allows AmeriMovers.com to find you a moving company at the best possible price and a relocation specialist all within your area and our network. We may use your customer contact information that you provided from the qualification form to send you additional information about our company and other promotional materials and programs from some of our partners. The customer's contact information is also used by us and a designated moving company/relocation specialist to contact you when necessary. In order to ensure that consumers get the very best service; AmeriMovers.com collects demographic information, web pages visited and other consumer-volunteered information from sources such as forms, survey information and/or site registrations. AmeriMovers.com also collects information from relocation forms including name, zip code, phone number, e-mail address and other related information. Gathering this information helps AmeriMovers.com to identify our customers and manage our customer relationships. It also assists AmeriMovers.com in the development or referral of products and services that we believe will meet the continuing needs of our customers. Collected information is also used to improve the content of our Web site, customize the content and/or layout of our Web site for individual users, and members of moving and relocation network to contact you for follow-up information to their relocation form and/or for marketing purposes. AmeriMovers.com relocation form information is used to route requests to our moving companies and/or relocation network, fulfillment and marketing partners and to contact consumers. By submitting any information to AmeriMovers.com, you agree that a member of our moving companies and relocation specialists network can contact you by phone at the numbers you've provided to discuss your relocation needs.
Who Owns The Relocation Form Data?
Once it is received in our database, relocation information, including your name, e-mail address, home address and other status information becomes the property of AmeriMovers.com. This information is passed on to our network members, fulfillment and marketing partners, and affiliates for completion of the relocation process. Once one of these entities receives this information, it becomes the subject to their respective privacy policy, in addition to AmeriMovers.com’s. Our accredited moving companies and relocation specialists use this information to process your relocation request and provide valuable services. Any request to opt out of future moving companies and relocation communications must be made directly to the communicating companies.
Personalization
AmeriMovers.com offers its users the advantage of personalization on our Web site by using cookies. Web site personalization provides our customers with a more convenient online experience and is at no given time used to track information or retrieve data from your hard drive.

Viewing Pages At AmeriMovers.com
If you browse through our Web site without entering any personal data, we will gather and store certain information about your visit. This information does not identify you personally and cannot be linked back to you unless you decide at some point to identify yourself. If you are only browsing, we collect the following information: IP address, the type of browser and operating system used to access our site, the date and time you access our site, the pages you visit (click-through), and if you linked to our Web site from another Web site, the address of that Web site.
