B. We do not give any implied guarantee for the accuracy, completeness or appropriateness of the information provided by any other website accessed through this site (via a hyper link).

E. AmeriMovers.com is neither a moving company nor a carrier. AmeriMovers.com will not be liable to you for any actions or omissions of any participating mover or other service provider or retailer. No third party beneficiary relationship is intended to be conferred by making the services of AmeriMovers.com’s web site available to users or movers.
F. Our services are free to you, the user, during the bidding process. AmeriMovers.com is not actually involved in the actual transactions between you, the user and the movers. AmeriMovers.com acts the role of a facilitator facilitating the contacts between you, the user and the movers.
G. We do not guarantee movers will bid on your list of items. You should look for other means of moving if you have not received any bids. AmeriMovers.com will send a friendly reminder that no one has bid on your move approximately 7 days before your move, so you may have ample time to consider an alternate moving source.
H. You should check the moving company’s insurance policies immediately or obtain your own through your homeowners insurance. The company assumes all moving companies’ information (license and insurance) provided is up-to-date at time user accepts bid. Every moving company that joins the AmeriMovers TEAM is responsible for maintaining their own DOT licenses required by law. You should investigate immediately of the validity of any moving company you plan to use – even when not using the AmeriMovers bidding process.
I. You, the user hereby expressly grant AmeriMovers.com the permission to disclose any and all information you provide to AmeriMovers.com to any or all of the participating movers in the manner we deem fit and appropriate for matching the user’s needs and mover’s services.
J. You agree that you provide accurate, complete, true and honest information. Further you agree not to submit any request for quotes unless you intend, in good faith to hire a mover within the next 90 days following the date of the said quote request.
K. You warrant that you are not a mover or represent them to obtain your competitors quotes.
L. AmeriMovers.com neither represents nor guarantees that a user will find a mover or a quote satisfactory to the user.
M. You select the mover at your own discretion. Any disputes with a mover is to be exclusively resolved by you and that particular mover, that is AmeriMovers.com does not take any responsibility whatsoever of the quality of the performance of any mover. The mover selected by the user is solely responsible and liable for providing the contemplated moving and relocation services, and you agree, that AmeriMovers.com shall not be liable for any damages, costs, or injury whatsoever resulting from, or alleged to result from, any activity related to your use of AmeriMovers.com’s web site or your dealings with any mover.
N. You agree that AmeriMovers.com has the right to follow up with you after completion of the moving and/or relocation transaction and to request the name of the retained mover or may ask for any details deemed useful for giving better services for the moving community.
